Core Tools has long served as the strategic manufacturing partner for Canada’s leading clean hydrogen pioneers, supporting them through rapid commercial scaling, R&D, critical pivots, and major acquisitions. But clean energy lives in microscopic details: fuel cell and electrolyzer components tolerate zero geometric error under operational loads. Traditional manufacturing methods often trap hidden material stresses, leading to critical stack failures.

We engineered our entire process around material stabilization. By combining low-stress workholding with multi-stage stress relief throughout production, we deliver absolute flatness and parallelism that hold under live operational loads. Finished surfaces go straight to final assembly with zero rework required. Today, the unforgiving standards we pioneered for hydrogen govern every component that leaves our facility.
